Average apartments. Great area

Pros

Lots of outside space around the building. Dog park. Benches. Nice driveway area - easy for travel and safety.

Cons

“Door people” don’t do much. Lots of changing staff. Cookie cutter small apartments, thin walls. Package pickup in a different building.

The building itself is nice but poor management

Nice view from the window, really friendly neighbors and very convenient neighborhood

Cons

Poor management team, had mice in apartment but they don’t do a lot. Elevator has broke four times in the past two years. Not super responsive.
