Owner is non responsive to tenants with SCRIE which is to help seniors
Former Tenant

Lawyer did help communicate with them, but once the lawyer finished their communication, the building owners went back to Miss handling the lease
Cons:
SCRIE is designed helps eligible senior citizens and because they want market rate, for every apartment, they do everything in their power to not adhere to the rules
