It was an aggravating experience

Pros

The apartment had been mostly remodeled. The location is decent. Rent stabilized.

Cons

So much. Noise on the street. Cockroaches occasionally. Non responsive building management. Fights in one apartment

Advice to the owners

It was fine some of the time and frustrating a lot of the time.

Pros

- really close to central park - never really heard my neighbors

Cons

-constantly had roaches no matter what we did -management SUCKS!!!! - wayyy overpriced for what you get -there’s always people hanging out front of the building smoking or blasting music.
