Great location, rats everywhere

Great location, new appliances, new bathroom, attentive super

Cons

There are rats in the walls and ceiling that can be heard running around. There have been multiple rats in our apartment. The super is very attentive and immediately dealt with the rats in our unit and there have not been any since.
