Horrible Living Conditions

Other tenants are nice and polite
Cons:
- HUGE overheating issues - it is 90 degrees in my apartment because of the heater even with windows open and when it is cold outside. Unacceptable - management is absolutely unreachable, super ignores you and sends someone unqualified to deal with issues and management takes days to answer emails if they ever do. Their phone number is simply offline - Super loud outside, there’s always a group of men yelling in the street at 2 AM
Advice to owner:
Replace all management and fix the heaters
