Should be and do better

Pros:
- Superb staff - Spacious apartments - Great location
Cons:
- Revolving door of tenants - Neighbors are loud and don’t pick up after themselves - Doesn’t provide tenant stability
Advice to owner:
Make it a place where people can build a community instead of being a revolving door. Try to keep tenants that aren’t problematic. It costs less to keep good tenants than get new ones.

Solid, but beware pests

Good neighborhood, responsive management, W/D in-unit, stainless steel appliances, renovated bathroom
Cons:
Dirty common spaces like stairways and hallways, consistent pest problems in common spaces, occasional pest problems in the unit, from fruit flies to roaches.

Mice in walls, leaky & bursting pipes

Pros:
Location is great and the building staff are very friendly and helpful
Cons:
Constant rodent problems. Water issues all the time, water is shut off every week for repairs, pipes burst and leak through ceilings.

Solid building but shady management

Pros:
It’s clean, has every amenity you’ll need, and is in a great area.
Cons:
Lack of responsiveness to requests. Late notice for water maintenance. No notice for elevator maintenance. Rent might spike tremendously.
Advice to owner:
Respond more promptly and don’t spike rent >20% if you want long lasting tenants.

- In unit washer and dryer for 2b2b - Warm doorman and handyman - Gooding heating - Advanced appliances
Cons:
- Management could be unresponsive - AC is loud - Gym is too small and crowded

A Nice Place

Pros:
The building is clean and has nice amenities. Reliable appliances and the doormen were all very nice. Packages were also never lost.
Cons:
Issues with pests during the winter. Unit can be on the small side.
Advice to owner:
Repairs sometimes took a while to get done
