    Some good and bad
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Cheap apartment in a good area.
    Is spacious for what it is.
    Neighbors are nice.
    Cons:
    Loud music outside
    Hallway smells and is really grimey.
    Only railroad apartments.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up the hallways.
