    Great building, terrible communication
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Excellent, safe, clean building with huge windows and a great location. Really enjoyed living here. Street is quiet and green.
    Cons:
    Management simply does not respond. Landlord raised rent nearly 30% year over year
