Lack of garbage collection (rats), building feels like it’s slowly falling apart, landlord is a liar and doesn’t fulfill promises

Great building, terrible communication
Pros
Excellent, safe, clean building with huge windows and a great location. Really enjoyed living here. Street is quiet and green.
Cons
Management simply does not respond. Landlord raised rent nearly 30% year over year
