Screamy super boban
Pros
Most of the building is fine
Cons
The super, Boban, at some point walked into my unit and screamed at me waggling his finger in my face threateningly after i made a complaint when he wasn’t responsive.
Advice to the owners
Boban has an anger problem

Lovely apt with summer roach pest
Pros
The building is well kept, quiet and with only a few apartments. It has a laundry room, it’s right by the subway and the park, it’s spacious, it has high ceilings.
Cons
During the summer, very big cockroaches come into the living room and kitchen.
Advice to the owners
The pest should be controlled.
