    Good Pre-War Bldg with + and - of That

    Staff are all professional, friendly, polite and responsive
    Cons:
    Building is almost 100 years old and shows the wear and tear in many of its systems
    Advice to owner:
    Restore the lobby

    maintenance gaslights tenants, slow to make repairs,

    listen to your tenants concerns. there could be serious health hazards and there isn’t enough urgency to provide effective repairs
