    Apartment was well priced and overall nice to live in

    The entire street is infested with rats

    Super and landlord responsive to fix / reglaze the bath tub
    Cons:
    There was lack of communication around a door lock situation due to a holiday weekend, putting us tenants on edge with the security of the apt.
