- Super dirty with dead and alive Rat - trash bed treats - water leaking behind the wall cause mold all over the place - management does not care at all throughout a lot of phone calls and emails -Super comes in to the apartment without notice

Not sure why management has been so much worse past few months?

Pros

Location is amazing, incredible neighborhood with lots of amenities, super central and access to lots of green space, I feel safe, even walking late at night

Cons

It seems like out of nowhere management has gotten a lot worse or we’ve just had a lot of bad luck with our apartment. Issues with washer and dryer, doorbell, outlets, and pests (cockroaches) with slow, passive aggressive resolution (or lack thereof) from management
