neighbors seemed nice, didn't see them much. didn't have any noise issues.

There is a HUGE rat problem on w 109th in the building's surrounding area, since there are constantly piles of trash bags on the sidewalk. Especially at night during the warmer months, you can't walk to the end of the block without passing several large groups there of rats scurrying around. The sink and shower drains also get clogged really easily.
