location, landlord would communicate often
the only thing was that the apt wouldn't be painted over between tenants
objectively a beautiful apt and great space ... place was spacious and safe for being such a small building
landlord obviously doesn't take care of the building. everything is decades outdated and sucks because the place could be so much better otherwise
