Enjoyed my time here

Pros

Close to 1 train, close-ish to C train, good grocery options, safe, quiet, clean

Cons

Occasionally saw a cockroach, bedroom got really hot from pipe so AC unit was a must, some package theft

Advice to the owners

Overall had a good experience, maybe just need to work on building access/package theft

Pros

Good location near campus, can be spacious (tho some apartments are arbitrarily divided for new bedrooms)

Cons

Rude management, constant roach infestation, and constant package theft Had a black mold infestation in the bathroom that management took weeks to fix and only painted over the mold spores

I'm not sure, I moved out after a year there. When I was living there they never had monthly exterminator visits, or would even care if 311 had a pest complaint.

I personally haven’t had an issue with pests. Some in the laundry room at times. More of a problem is the elevator which breaks down frequently and is often out of service for several days.

I’ve only had a pest in my apartment once over the course of two years here. Sometimes I’ve seen them in the basement but it hasn’t been a huge issue for me.
