Great apartment building managed by Columbia
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean, elevator is wide, Amazon lockers. Laundry room is clean with 4 laundry machines and 4 dryers. My apartment was large and sunny. When my fridge stopped working, it was replaced the day after although it was a weekend.
Cons:
Sometimes the heater is too hot and you cannot control it on your own.
Very close to a hospital and fire department, so many sirens along the day.
