    Good graduate student housing

    Pros:
    Neighbors are quiet and the area is safe because of Columbia Public Safety. It's also close to Riverside Park and Central Park. There's a bus that goes straight to LGA to here. Subway 1 is also 5 minutes away. Lots of groceries on the block.
    Cons:
    The building is a little bit old.
