4th floor walk up 1 laundry machine in basement. Often full of coins so you need to call the super who is unresponsive to come empty out the machine
Be more responsive. Figure out a better solution for the laundry machine. Fix the heat situation. Sometimes it’s super cold other times it’s blazing hot
