    Quiet neighbors, responsive management, clean common areas.
    Cons:
    The heat gets incredibly warm in the winter. I have to keep my windows open.

    This building is clean, quiet and well-maintained! I loved living here!
    Cons:
    The street can be noisy at times with cars getting blocked and then incessantly honking, usually in the morning.

    Reasonably priced for the space you get.
    Cons:
    Completely inattentive management company was very difficult to work with at every turn. Cockroaches even on the 5th floor. Walk up.
