    Prefer not to live in an old building near main road anymore

    Pros:
    Relatively spacious bedroom. Nice building staff. Elevator. Furnished room.
    Cons:
    Loud noise from the street. Water leakage. Dryers were broken for nearly 1 year. Roaches.
