Centrally located in Harlem. Very close to the train. Quiet street.
Inappropriate landlord who does not respect boundaries. He’s very rude and harasses his tenants. The building also has mice and silverfish in the basement. Also he advertises that the building has laundry but he doesn’t allow the tenants to use it once they move in.
