entire floor of a brownstone

Cons

*there’s a doorbell but not a functioning buzzer so if you have deliveries or guests you need to walk down to let them in *there’s also no mailbox so your mail is just on the floor scattered and often times was opened by another tenant *family owns the entire brownstone with the mother (late 70s) living on the bottom two floors. she’s very nice but she’s older and showing sign of dementia so her grown children help out but don’t provide any super/porter support so you are met with poor attitudes and push back when asking for normal landlord things (plumber, pest control, broken windows, snow removal)
