Everything else!
- wall units aren’t enough for first floor apartment so our bills were always high, honestly could have been a shared meter situation as well.
- maintenance is non existent. Dishwasher broken for months, claimed they were ordering a part. Still broken when I moved out.
-constant drug use on the front steps.
-no pest control or janitorial services. Spiders webs all over the common areas and basement where the old busted laundry is. Basement also has mold.
-notices left on building about landlord not paying bills or following NYC housing laws.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building, asking for 3k rent for this place is crazy!

Quiet, pretty clean, not many instances of bugs or rodents.
Cons:
- Heating sucks and is expensive! - Roof Leaks! - Sketchy owners/management!

Cutting corners never does any good.
