    Near everything but noisy
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    So many things are at your doorstep. Restaurants, banks, supermarkets, including Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s within walking distance.
    Cons:
    Soooo nooisy. Sports bar on ground floor and noise travels. Street noise filters right through the windows, sirens, music, the subway, people, fireworks… omg the fireworks…
