    The apartment was clean and functional, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and residential, with grocery stores and cafes nearby. Subway access was convenient, making it easy to get around Manhattan. Not a luxury place, but practical, calm, and good value for the location.

    I really like it here — the neighbors are great, the location is perfect, and having a washer/dryer is very convenient.

    The only downside is that there’s no gym, which would have made the place even better.
