BED BUG INFESTATION 3X DURING 1 YR LEASE

Cons:
Bed bug infestation every 2 months
Management does not take responsibility or offer compensation.
Advice to owner:
Fix the problem before leasing out to new people

BED BUGS

Pros:
Near the A,B,C,D train line. Spacious Apartment.
Cons:
Bed bugs in base boards and super is unresponsive and very unhelpful.
Advice to owner:
Seems like theres bed bugs only in certain parts of the building but for sure in ARPT 5W

Cheap yet spacious with a twist

Lots of space. Good area. Good near by
Cons:
Kinda had lots of issues with bugs and the superintendent situation is cheap fixes
Advice to owner:
Renovate
