What to check before renting from most reviewed contacts in West Harlem

  • Check the average rating to see how other renters view their experiences with landlords.
  • Look for patterns in the reviews, such as recurring issues or positive comments about maintenance.
  • Review the number of evictions and litigation cases linked to each landlord or management company for a fuller picture.
  • Consider the age of the reviews; recent reviews may provide more relevant insights into current management practices.
