Fantastic new building with convenient train access

Pros

This building is literally BRAND NEW and super clean. Absolutely no pests, the central air/heating is amazing, the super is sweet and very responsive. The building overall is incredibly clean. The A and D trains are right next door which is also a huge plus!

Cons

My only negative has nothing to do with the building. Despite the convenience, unfortunately the area can be a little sketchy especially at night. I’ve never felt any danger or had serious issues, but you have to get used to seeing a significant amount of homeless people particularly at the train station.
