    Has elevator and laundry
    Cons:
    Close to the street and school. Very noisy

    Owned by Columbia University - Great staff, friendly neighbors

    Very clean and well maintained. Staff works hard to keep the building in a phenomenal condition.
    Cons:
    Unit faces the courtyard so sound echoes through into our apartment.
