Pros:
In the beginning, this was a great place. Apt was spacious, decent upkeep, building super was friendly and responsive. Heat was good in winter.
Cons:
Apt got bed bugs, and even after arguing with the management several times for them to inspect other units, they did not. So while we would get an exterminator to come, the bedbugs always came back. They also did not want to do anything to help us get rid of them.
Can get noisy sometimes.
