-affordable -good appliances -building well maintained -quiet -great location, access to both 1 and a/c/b/d

-management hard to get a hold of -impossible to get a hold of super to get anything repaired

great apartment, recurring bed bugs

Pros:
layout was great for a 3 bed with a separate kitchen and large living room, rent was affordable, with window AC units the temperature was always reasonable, lobby was nice and clean
Cons:
we had recurring bed bugs and management did very little to help. they sent global pest control thrice and they were not able to fix the situation. we broke our lease at the end
