Some neighbors are decent. Others give out their keys to extended families

Cons

Pest are out of control. Big / huge rats running along the trash every night. If your apartment is rent controlled the landlord will have nothing to do with you. Won’t fix anything and will let the apartment rot from inside out to make you move so they can jump the rent 2000 +. Currently Alma Reality has taken over the building and made countless tenants jump through hoops to get their lease under the new management
