very quiet in the apartment (other than the bustle of the street) very well maintained - cleaned and repaired/painted/etc constantly and without any prompting super is incredibly responsive when any needs arise - he really takes his job seriously and it shows spacious units with tons of closet space rent stabilized

noisy from the street for windows that face 8th avenue walk up - no elevator
