Building needs major work !

Pros:
Clean quiet and moderately safe
Cons:
Packages are sold randomly . Owners dont respond to complaints . No emergency support from friday @ 5pm to monday at 8am
Advice to owner:
Label doors and staircases properly . Answer phone calls and email within 2 business days . Get emergency services for nights and weekends and holidays
