I liked this building as soon as I moved out.

Raw sewage water flooding the egress of the basement apartments Shaky and rusted stairs leading to basement Always garbage and dirt Intercom doesnt work Combative building manager They don't actually fix anything its just patch work.

The management response is fast, and they are very on top of the situation. They try to accommodate our hours when entering the unit for repairs. The building is clean, and the supper is polite
