    Pros:
    Elevator works most of the time but it's always full of urine from the pets and homeless drug addicts that live in the hallways. I
    Cons:
    Everything sucks!!!
    Unsafe, no cameras, the homeless and drug addicts that hangout in the building take packages, urinate and sometimes poop on the floors. The water pressure and color of the water is horrible. The roaches are unbearable. I am just in disgust with the management of this property.
    Advice to owner:
    I suggest you sell this dump to someone that will care and fix the problems.

    Pros:
    I really enjoyed my apt lay out and space. Also, Elevator building.
    Cons:
    Often times, drug addicts would be sitting in the stairway doing drugs, the cleanliness of the building was horrible. My apartment had a roach infestation, and i am a very clean/meticulous person, which lead me to believe the sewer system was not being properly maintained. The trash outside of the building was always over flowing. The elevator was very unreliable. Any inquiries sent to management would be ignored. The building entrance door was always broken, which allowed homeless people to enter and hang out in the lobby area.
