Great building, poor building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious inexpensive apartments, public hallways are kept clean, laundry in the basement.
Cons:
Poor building security, 1 in 3 packages gets stolen. Building management is well aware of the issue and has not taken any actions in years I've lived here. Unprofessional super harassed my female roommate, when she was home alone.
Advice to owner:
Improve building security -- camera on each floor accessible to the local police precinct. Replace super.
