Great building and super

Pros

The super is very responsive and attentive. He keeps the place well maintained and manages well for things like pests and other unwanted things in an NYC building. Also, the owner was helpful in getting some broken appliances fixed. The apartment is spacious and sunny. They also upgraded the locks to fobs for security.

Cons

Not really a con, but it’s a 100 year old nyc building so it’s not really a modern build and there are things that break or that are dated, but with the experience of the super and management the place feels cared for.
