Terrible management (Nieuw Amsterdam)

Pros:
Location of building is great
Cons:
Poor management, super only speaks Spanish and uses Google translator to communicate with tenants, have to text communicate with super and management about cleaning the building, rodent problems, heat and hot water issues. Management rarely inform tenants with updates. Currently no heat or hot water for 3 weeks

Get it together
