Pros:
Good size bedrooms, no sign of mice, trash area relatively clean, nice super, good location
Cons:
Loud neighbors moved in recently, packages frequently stolen from lobby, trash now being left in hallways, lack of interaction from management company, some water cockroach activity
Advice to owner:
Cleanliness in hallways and cracking down on package theft - add a camera to the lobby
