Definitely lots of room for improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
large spacious bedrooms
Cons:
It is very cold in the winter, the Laundry room is not very clean (very dark and scary), and packages are ALWAYS stolen; they need to update the kitchen.

Friendly building, All dogs welcome!
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Most everyone I meet in the building is really nice. -The management company and building are VERY dog friendly. We signed a lease with a very large “bully breed” dog with very minimal extra effort. -Endless hot water with really good water pressure most of the time. -radiators have adjustability, tricky but nice to be able to dial it back. - Radiators have really nice built in covers that keep the rooms looking sharp, and provide a small shelf. -live in Super - nice open layout (at least for our 3 bdrm unit) -Lots of closet space -Didn’t have to fight to get the moldy dishwasher replaced. (I imagine some landlords would not act as fast)
Cons:
-some people can’t seem to handle putting trash in the actual cans -Super doesn’t always answer his phone if it’s after hours. -we didn’t really get any info when we moved in, so we’re in the dark on a lot of the processes/procedures for things. (Especially tricky since we moved to the city from a rural area in PA)
Advice to owner:
Have a welcome packet to explain who to call for what, how to sign up for services offered, recycling info, etc. Don’t just assume that everyone knows what’s going on. Have an after hours number that we can call when things happen but the super doesn’t answer his phone. I know you have a crapload of buildings, one person could do this for all your buildings.

Nice building, terrible management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
This historical building is nice. Steps away from the train.
Cons:
Loud neighbors, everything that was ever delivered to the address was stolen on the first attempt. Unresponsive and rude management.
Advice to owner:
Actually care about your tenants.
