HUGE Apartment BUT...
Former Tenant
Pros:
- HUGE Apartment - Great neighbors - Not much noise - Great neighborhood
Cons:
- Bathroom ceiling collapsed. BLACK MOLD due to lack of attentiveness and willingness to properly fix leaking water. We had to file a report with the city to get anything fixed which didn't start being fixed until the lease was almost up. - LOUD Vibrating plumbing that sounds like jack hammers. - Unresponsive management
Advice to owner:
Take your tenants seriously when they say there are issues, actually fix them properly and in doing so ensure the health and safety of your tenants.
