Great for Internships
Pros
No credit history required was the main reason I chose them and that part worked perfectly. Common area is fine. Staff responded the same day I had a question. For a three month internship it does the job.
Cons
I moved in January, the heating in my room was not very strong and I slept in socks for two weeks before they adjusted something. After that it was fine.
The people make it - minor maintenance hiccups, big community energy
Pros
Honestly the most important thing in coliving is the roommates, and I got lucky. Good group at our place, a couple of guys from Eastern Europe, a few Mexicans, everyone respectful and easy to be around. The space itself is fine, nothing special, but functional.
Cons
There were a couple of small maintenance things early on - a dripping faucet, a light that needed replacing - nothing dramatic. Handled within a few days.
