Clean Predominantly Latino building
Pros
The Super lives in the building and available mostly always, he’s on top of cleanliness and making sure everything’s in order.
Cons
I had cockroach problem and fruit fly issue in the summer, although they did have pest control come one a month, I think it’s because of our next-door neighbors. It’s the heights so usually loud music in the buildings or outside in the summer but nothing unbearable. People tend to post outside.

Acceptable place to live
Pros
Nice enough pre-war building.
Cons
I was living here short term and didn't personally have a problem with this, but it was my impression that units of long-term tenants were not well maintained.
