Yes! They are pretty quick to address concerns in individual units. For issues with the elevator, those did take longer to resolve because they would have to hire outside contractors.

No, they gave me an even harder time each time I spoke up about concerns for myself or my neighbors. Many have to bring them to Housing Court to get anything solved.
