No party-all-night neighbors

Cons

Packages get stolen People try to buzz in at weird hours, or pretend to be USPS or delivery service Definitely have had addicts and homeless camp out in the lobby Piping is old and patched at best. Expect leaks Garbage outside is so infested with rats you can’t walk in

Loved living here!

Pros

This building was amazing to live in. We had a great super and it was in a very fun area. My neighbors were nice and respectful. The apartment was roomy and sunlit. I really enjoyed my time there!

Cons

We had some mice problems, but this is very typical of NYC and also they did send an exterminator to check it out for us and help us.
