Nice but no heat

Pros:
Good neighbors, nice apartments
Cons:
In winter, it seems they have a timer on the building heater. Heat comes on for approximately 30 minutes on low and shuts off for an extended period of time. You have to call management everyday so they turn on the heat for a few minutes. Extremely unacceptable!! While tenants freeze, landlord is warm in his home
Advice to owner:
Stop shutting off the heat!
