Great building in Wash Heights

Pros

Super is nice, very responsive, takes good care of the building. Laundry in building, spacious apartments, dishwasher and updated appliances, good location with park nearby, good value for the money.

Cons

Older building, occasional pests, security concerns (packages stolen), trash area often full, neighborhood can be dirty.

Advice to the owners

Small security updates would go a long way (fixing locks on lobby doors, virtual doorman, etc.)

Well Kept Building in the Hights

Pros

The building is pretty well maintained and the apartments are usually well finished. You get a good amount of space in each apartment.

Cons

Noisy neighbors are not addressed, the super is not very responsive, lots of package theft in the lobby
