nice but noisy

Pros:
apartments are spacious and well lit, super is very very nice and helpful when he does respond
Cons:
very noisy area and neighbors, sometimes super won't respond (had to email upper building management)

Really spacious place good value and the building is very pretty imo. Has a soul to it

Roaches there are a lot but could be worse. It’s an old building in New York

Cons:
loud building with screaming, playing and music throughout the hallways in addition to constant construction, There is also a rodent issue, I have seen multiple roaches in the basement by the garbage, in addition to house fly infestation for any units facing the back alley.
Advice to owner:
Address the infestation issue, and clean the windows!

Would of stayed but hated my roommates

Pros:
Pro of this build, it was always clean once or twice a week but when Covid hit even more. The superintendent would respond pretty quick and come to your apartment right away!
You didn’t have to leave your building to take your trash out you can go straight to the basement which is alway clean. They actually go through the garbage and recycling and divide it.
The apartment that I got was newly renovated and updated appliance. Loved the building but got stuck with messy & loud roommates and had to leave.
Cons:
Cons of this building would be dealers always by the front door. The elevator would break down but the superintendent had it fixed in less than 24 hours.
Advice to owner:
Advice to the property owner, keep it up! You got a great team working for you.
