    great trash management
    spacious for the cost

    extremely unresponsive super
    apartment was not move in ready
    across from a school so noisy during school hours
    Advice to owner:
    hold super more accountable for responding to issues

    Pros:
    Super is very nice and does a good job trying to keep the building clean. He tries to help resolve problems within the apartment.
    Cons:
    Mice live in the walls and end up in the apartment. 40+ mice caught in the past year. Had brief roach infestation. Building has regular pest control and will send someone out if they believe the tenants can sue; however the building does not provide any permanent/long term solutions to fix the problem.
